This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Ashcroft & Weiss LLP’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
Ashcroft & Weiss LLP is an international law firm. We provide legal advice to clients including governments, central banks, multilateral institutions, financial institutions and the boards of public companies. The firm operates from thirteen offices across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
Our supply chain consists principally of professional services, premises, technology, travel, expert witnesses and counsel, document production and corporate hospitality. The risk of modern slavery or human trafficking arising directly within these categories is, in our assessment, low. We nonetheless take steps to monitor that risk, particularly in respect of facilities, hospitality, security services and information-technology hardware.
All members of staff with procurement responsibilities receive periodic training on anti-bribery, sanctions and modern slavery risks. New joiners receive a written briefing on the firm’s reporting channels.
We did not identify any actual or suspected instances of modern slavery in the firm or its supply chain in the financial year covered by this statement. We will continue to keep our procurement standards, training and reporting channels under review.
This statement has been approved by the management board of Ashcroft & Weiss LLP and signed on its behalf by the Managing Partner.
