Ashcroft & Weiss was founded in London in 1912 to advise a small number of industrial and financial clients on matters of unusual complexity. The firm remains small by design: a partnership of one hundred and twelve, across thirteen offices, each chosen for a particular reason.
We are retained when a matter is consequential — commercially, strategically, or legally. We prefer mandates that require the attention of the partnership, not the scale of a production line. Much of our work is not publicly discussed, and we are content that it should remain so.
We answer on the first ring.
